How to View Live Class Analytics

The Analytics page gives you an overview of your Live Class sessions and participant activity. You can filter data by date, view session and participant trends, review individual session performance, and export analytics data as a CSV file.

View Analytics

Step 1: Open Analytics

From the Live Class dashboard, click 'Analytics'.

Step 2: Set the Date Range

Use the 'From' and 'To' fields to select the date range you want to analyze.

Step 3: Review Key Metrics

The Analytics page displays key metrics for the selected sessions and date range:

  • Sessions: Total number of sessions.

  • Participants: Total number of participants across the selected sessions.

  • Avg attendance: Average number of participants attending each session.

  • Live minutes: Total time spent in live sessions.

These metrics give you a quick overview of session activity and participation.

Step 4: View Daily Trends

The 'Sessions & participants by day' chart shows session and participant activity across the selected date range.

Step 5: Review Session Details

Scroll to the 'Per-session breakdown' section to view detailed information for individual sessions.

The table includes:

  • Session: Name of the session.

  • Attendees: Number of attendees.

  • Duration: Total session duration.

  • Recordings: Number of recordings associated with the session.

  • Chat: Number of chat interactions or messages recorded for the session.

Step 6: Export Analytics

Click 'Export CSV' to export the session analytics data as a CSV file.

Live Class Analytics helps you monitor session activity, participant engagement, live session time, and per-session performance. Use the date filters and session breakdown to review specific periods or sessions, and export the data when you need it for reporting.
